The real measurement of how well the CDMA phone will do is when apple releases the iPhone 5. That way people can measure the performance when both carriers are starting off at the same time.
If the iPhone 5 Rumors are true, the iPhone 5 will still have CDMA access for the Verizon version and all of its crippled features: slow network, no data/voice multitasking, limited conference call abilities.

in the german breakdown statistics from the ADAC the Fiat Panda is the second most reliable small car only being beaten by the toyota aygo by a fraction of a percent
comparing the breakdown statistics the Panda (and the toyota) is trouncing the competition from luxury or middle class brands all the way
i somehow suspect this passat is just a counter to the us tastes of camry etc. just like that rebadged minivan or that hideous pick up truck.. but hey the americans even bought the older jettas ... which had such a bad reputation in germany that they had to rename it ... twice

My time Capsule is full of old accounts and computers and I want to backup my macbook pro but don't know the best way to go about it. I run a small business network and the time capsule backs up 3 iMacs and one mac mini.
My mbp has a new harddrive and new profile (ie the home folder's name has been changed) but a lot of old data on the TC is the same as the mbp - so I don't want to delete it.
Can anyone advise please? Don't want to make a mistake that proves foolish later.

Those for the death penalty. How do you feel about Manning (I think that's his name. The guy that released the classified documents), if found guilty he can get the death penalty for it. The sentience for treason is the death penalty.
Now, I don't think the military will go that for, he most likely get life in prison. But it is a possibility.

Everybody WANTS it....but reality says otherwise.
Agreed!!! I'd say, the max battery life required is the number of waking hours in a day. Of course, that assumes you listen for the entire day including, eating, showers, bathroom time...
I'd tend to think that 12 hours is enough with a recharge at night. Oooooooooh but what about people who travel or backpack for a long trip without a charging opportunity. Maybe they need more charge time? Does anyone listen to headphones while hiking? I'd want to keep a listen out for bears (Stephen Colbert has set me straight as to the danger of bears!). :D

Not true.. I am the Art Director for a Art department that makes grocery store ads.
Soda is not a common loss leader since it's DSD Pepsi/Coke keep close price controls.
I usually see produce and meat used as loss leaders..
