Could you guys please update me what happ with your cases etc. i found an employer for h1b transfer and did that on 30th of march 2009 thru premium processing. today again the status has been changed and got an RFE. will find out what was the RFE about etc. God should help me....

I E-filed my EAD application and sent the supporting documentation to the location on the confirmation page. To day I see the following notice:
"We attempted to deliver your item at 1:51 PM on June 11, 2008 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
Is there something I can do to resolve this?
I sent the application to the following address:
USCIS TEXAS SERVICE CENTER
Atten: E-File I-765 PO BOX: 852401
MESQUITE, TX 75185
How did you sent it? If USPS, PO BOX is supposed to be in their premesis and supposed to be always deliverable.
Is it like Box was FULL? I think, this message is by mistake. BTW, are not we supposed to use full nine digit ZIP 75185-2401

I think healthy trade/economic relationship with economic potential powerhouse INDIA is important for the US in the long term. That is why the deal was a done deal long long ago IMHO.

I am not getting any appointment in June with any doctor within 60 miles from my place. So I took an appointment with a doc 70+ miles away for end of june. The only problem is I need to go twice 70 miles one way. The clinic suggested I do the blood work in nearby county clinic, but the county clinic wants 7-10 days to get results of blood work. I asked them for HIV and Sephallius test to be done. I already got TB Skin test(tested negative) done at county clinic.
Can someone please tell what all blood tests need to be done, so I can check if any other doctor can do the blood work and I can save one 70 mile trip . Thanks.

can someone tell me (PM if you dont want it on a pubic board) what went wrong with SKIL Bill last year? Where did it fail (senate/house?) did it just get dropped, or went up for vote and did not make it?

My friend, who applied (during June 2007) for his EAD renewal around 60 days before his actual EAD expiration date, haven't got it renewed in time. After the expiry date, his employer asked him to come to work only after obtaining the renewed EAD. He has been told that in case of EAD it is not legal to work just with receipt.

AP is a very important document for re-entry incase if you don't have backup such as valid H1B visa. Have read quite a few cases here of people who wait till the last day for applying the renewal and then crying when an emergency occurs and they don't have valid a AP. It is in our best interest to apply it 120 days before its expiration date.
We are planning to go to India in the last week of September. My current AP expires by Oct 10. Hence applying for a new one. How long are AP approvals taking now a days at TSC.

Since my current EAD is expiring Sep 10th, I'm planning to go to the local USCIS office for an interim EAD in first week of Sep.
What is the procedure, do i need to take infopass or any other apoointment or just walk in with papers ?
It's not yet been 90 days since i filed, but i still want to give it a shot. I plan to take a letter from my employer saying without interim EAD (without me being able to work) company would face a setback in a critical phase of project.
I also plan to use such a letter in support of an expedite request.
Gurus please advice:
- How soon should I fax expedite request?
- How soon/late should i go to local USCIS office for interim EAD?
- Could one interfere the other?

THe process has changed the passport are now delivered the next day between 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Mumbai consulate no longer delivers the passport the same day of interview.

Really nice one. The mouth is perfect. I think with some themes they sort of need an outline though, not all the themes use the default white I don't believe.

Please can you tell me which service centre i yours . I also got CPO mail on 08/14 and 08/15 and on 08/19/ I-485 approval sent by mail and soft lud on 08/20 ,but no physical card
