I enter US four times this year by using AP, same airport, but different experience. 1st, 2nd and 3rd entry was sent to secondary check. But the 4th entry, the CBP said it's unnecessary for secondary check and fill new I-94 because previous officers are new guys, don't know the rule. I thought 1st entry is definitely need go secondary check.

if you're dragging the object in the scene, that would scale the object. to move the camera, click in an empty space and drag (to zoom, right click and drag).

I agree with you that you need to go with lawyers who are really specialized in immigration especially when the case is complicated.

I know a person whos company lawyer screwed up the case. (They are from a very reputed law firm). Then she went with Murthy, they did a great job and got it done for her. They charged her a lot but it was worth it.

So get the best out there. It may be expensive but if it fixes your case its worth it.

I need URGENT HELP!!

I have filed my I140 in jan 2008, I have PD of NOV 2007. I have bachelor's degree (4 years) + 7 years on same field exp.

My I140 got denial 10 days back with reason that "LC specifies a bachelor's degree + 3 years in an alternative occupation is an acceptable combination of education and experiance for the position offered. Therefore, the JOB offer portion of LC does NOT demonstrate that the job requires a professional holding an advanced degree or equivalent."

So basically in my PERM my lawyer had made mistake and it did not reflect EB2. BUT I 140 which we had filled was for EB2(which is true for my qualification + exp).

Can anyone recommmed,
1)what actions can be taken to reserve my PD of NOV 2007.
2) Are changes in PERM allowed after nearly a year to reflect JOB requirement as EB2.
3) What should be the best solution to my problem...

Laywers mistake i have to suffer....can I sue my laywer.

Thank you for the response. I guess one more follow up question. Since I already have an H1B stamping (visa) in my passport that is valid until September 2011 (which lists Company A as my employer). If Company B were to successfully apply for a transfer from B2 to H1B, if I travelled outside the USA, could I still return to the USA with my old H1B stamping in my passport or would I have to go to a US Consulate and get another H1B stamp (visa) that lists my new company?

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DOD) today announced that National Guard deployments to the Southwest border will begin on Aug. 1 as part of the administration�s unprecedented efforts to combat the transnational criminal organizations that smuggle weapons, cash and people across our Southwest border. The President has also requested $600 million in supplemental funds for enhanced border protection and law enforcement activities, which are critical to our ongoing efforts.

�Over the past year and a half, this administration has pursued a new border security strategy with an unprecedented sense of urgency, making historic investments in personnel, technology and infrastructure,� said Secretary Napolitano. �These troops will provide direct support to federal law enforcement officers and agents working in high-risk areas to disrupt criminal organizations seeking to move people and goods illegally across the Southwest border.�

In May, the President authorized the deployment of up to an additional 1,200 National Guard troops to the Southwest border to provide support for intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance, and counternarcotics enforcement�providing support for one year as part of the administration�s unprecedented efforts to crack down on transnational smuggling and cartel violence, as CBP continues to recruit and train additional officers and agents to serve on the Southwest border. In deploying these personnel, the National Guard Bureau is operating under a request for assistance from DHS. I am having the same issue.Applied AP online on 1/10/11.Got receipt no and Application as PDF.I have the Receipt no and sent all supporting document with LINXXXXXXXX no.But I have been trying to add the case no to my profile and it says not found.I am not sure what can I do or wait for more days.

Most of the records are kept for 3-7 years in any organization, Based on that it seems unlikely that they will have the copy of I-94. You can try, you may succeed.

Hello everybody,

My wife who is on H4 was denied admission to a masters in accounting program due to lack of work experience. Other factors (GPA/GMAT scores) were allright according to a professor at the university! Does anybody know how/where she can get some experience (voluntary/unpaid/intership). We have already looked at craigslist job listing in the non-profit sector and not many people are looking to hire even if its unpaid:eek: We reside in Raleigh/NC and was wondering if someone in this forum has some insight as to how we can move forward.

Please understand that by law they can hire you ONLY if a position presumes volunteer work. If there are other similar positions that ARE PAID, you are out of luck.
My wife is a chemist. That's even worse.

Should the rate of demand for numbers be very heavy in the coming months, it could become necessary to retrogress some cut-off dates for September, most likely for China-mainland born and India, but also possibly for Mexico and Philippines.

does it mean the Sept 07 bulleting may have some cut-off dates ?
What it could be for EB3 India ? Not beyond the Jun 03' as published in Jun 07 VB i guess ?
