Sorry, this idea is horrible. People are going to downrate posts because they disagree with someone's opinion, not because it's a bad post.
I can easily see the fanboys downrating anyone who mentions Microsoft, Android or any of Apple's competitors in a positive light.

Count me into the group who is sick and tired of hearing about this crap.
I too love my iPhone 4, it being the best phone I have ever owned, and without a doubt having less dropped calls than my 3GS had. I had a handful of drops on the 3GS fairly often and on the 4 I've only had two since launch day. I'm also in a long distance relationship and we stay on the phone all night every night. I'm not kidding. :o
I can demo this "issue" but realistically it is not a problem for me. This phone is the best and I'm only slightly bummed that some people may miss out on a fantastic device due to this media hoopla.

So... what are we supposed to run this monstrosity on? The G5 QUADS had a hard enough time running the first one. I can't imagine running this on an iMac or worse... a mac mini.

Apple values the user experience more than following the herd. So they leave out some crap port of Flash rather than include it because 'all other phones have Flash so we have to also, even if it sucks'

Is LTE something else entirely? Something that bridges the CDMA and GSM technologies, allowing CDMA phones to use chips, and chip-based phones to be compatible with CDMA networks?
My understanding is that LTE is a whole new language, totally different from both CDMA and GSM. So phones would be, for a time, dual chips.
As for the 'real 4g' and 'fake 4g' I've been told that it is not unlike the HD video issue that has cropped up thanks to folks like itunes and Amazon. They use 720p video which is high def when compared to standard def, but purists say that HD is 1080p/i or higher.

Hi guys long time lurker here. I just downloaded this using a US itunes accounts out of curiousity as I've never seen a real iAd (I don't think we get them in Ireland).
Anyway when I browse the list of ads there are a total of 12 ads altogether... (the ones in the screenshot in the article are there too, I believe these might be a complete list... that was the intention right?)

I would try calling XBL support and asking for their supervisor, and that person's supervisor, & so on. Explain to them, (stay firm on your point) the reason you need it and what you can do with it. If you need to, I would mention you are in the process of obtaining a warrant for the IP. As you already know, them not knowing the IP is complete and utter BS.

I disagree. Botnets like Zeus and Coreflood still infiltrate windows systems daily and anti-virus has yet to be able to stop them and remove them.

Again, they should call the cops and NOT get involved.
They are hired to flip burgers, not stop violence. If you want your employees to stop a fight, hire an armed guard.
I hope that if I'm ever being attacked by two people your not the person who I need to rely on, it takes very little time for a person to be seriously injured waiting for the cops is hardly the best option.

I would concede that if guns are a concern of yours, it is my job to inform and prove to you that I am a responsible gun owner who keeps his guns locked up, out of the reach of children, and furthermore that in my house there are no unsupervised children (meaning that there is an adult in the house at all times who knows where the children are and what they are doing).
It is than your job to decide whether or not you will allow your kids in my house.
As parents, it is both of our jobs to get to know each others household.
